Mr. Nick Ballone is a graduate from the Lowellville High School’s class of 2014 and is our new study hall teacher. He graduated from Youngstown State University in 2022 with a degree in  general studies, psychology and education. He has coached boys’ basketball at Lowellville for the past six years. He enjoys coaching because he thinks that he can make a big impact on the boys’ lives, both on and off the court. Mr. Ballone says that his best advice for his basketball players is to “play and work together as a team.” 

     Mr. Ballone applied to work at Lowellville because he thought it was a good opportunity. He said he likes that he graduated from here and is familiar with the school. He enjoys his job because he likes being able to connect with the students and help them through whatever he can no matter what it may be.   

     In his free time, he likes to work out and collect football and basketball cards. His Steph Curry basketball card is his favorite and  most valuable card.
